My claims were denied because they claimed I willfully endangered myself by going to an island with dinosaurs. Despite emotional distress and physical dangers--that it is amazing I survived--I have been denied because my policy explicitly excludes acts of dinosaurs, but very clearly covers theme park accidents. As my claims are that my injuries are inspired by the reptiles, but fleeing and falling in the act of getting away from the beasts clearly should not count as acts of the dinosaurs.
