Confusing info

What happened

They were not Oscar from the office. And when confronted with this information, they became increasingly aggressive against me until the point where I hung up in frustration and they did not bother calling me back. The other audacity to name their company, Oscar, and then not to actually be Oscar either at this point would’ve even settled for Oscar the grouch because let’s be honest they are grouch.

I have become so utterly absorbed in the complete failure of customer service that now all my family relationships are strained. My wife has taken my children and lives now with her mother in a different state. I am currently spending all my money on lawyers to try and sue everyone.
